January 18th will be a day that Shannon Brown will not forget. By day Brown found out he will be a contestant in NBA All-Star weekend’s slam dunk contest. By night Shannon scored a career high 22 points. Brown helped the Lakers defeat the Magic in a 2009 Finals rematch 98-92. The Lakers have the associations best record at 32-9 at the mid-point of the season, but 26 of those games are at home. That can all change with the next 8 games coming on the road for the Lakers. Two of the games are against the Cavs and the Celtics! We shall know a lot in 2 weeks!
